Cancellation Policy
1. Bookings All one-on-one services, including the HR Health Check, must be booked in advance via our website booking system. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details and Zoom link (if applicable). Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans change. You may cancel or reschedule your session under the following conditions: - More than 24 hours’ notice: You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge. A full refund will be issued or your session can be rebooked at a later date. - Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion, depending on availability. If you do not attend your session (no-show), the session is forfeited and no refund is provided. 4. Late Arrivals Please ensure you arrive on time for your session. Sessions will not be extended for late arrivals, and missed time cannot be refunded or rescheduled. 5. Technical Issues If a session is disrupted due to a technical issue on our side, we will reschedule your appointment at no cost.
